In the spirit of giving, eBay rewards your generosity by offering the eBay Giving Works Fee Credit Policy.* When you create a listing with eBay Giving Works and that item sells, eBay will credit the Insertion and Final Value Fees back to you, equal to the percentage of the final sale price that you elected to donate.

Example A: Seller lists a camera on eBay and elects to donate 30% of the final sale price to a nonprofit.

Example B: Seller lists painting on eBay and elects to donate 100% of the final sale price to a nonprofit.

Example C: Seller lists a pair of shoes in her eBay Store and elects to donate 10% of the final sale price to a nonprofit.

• Only listings created with eBay Giving Works qualify for the fee credit (all charity listings not created with eBay Giving Works will not be eligible, but must comply with eBay's Charity Listing Policy).

• An item must sell in order to prompt a fee credit.

• Fee credits must equal at least $0.01 to be processed.

• Reserve fees and optional feature fees are not included in the fee credit.

• Store Inventory items are eligible.

• Both Community Selling and Direct Selling listings are eligible.

*The eBay Giving Works Fee Credit Policy replaces the eBay Giving Works Fee Donation policy, and applies to eBay Giving Works listings that ended on or after October 1, 2006. eBay Giving Works listings that ended prior to October 1, 2006 were eligible for the eBay Giving Works Fee Donation Policy.
